Our Turning capacity is predominantly CNC and allows us to offer competitive costs for both small and high volume component manufacture. Typical turned parts range from sizes under 5mm diameter to our large capacity machines of up to 1.2 m maximum diameter.
Many machines also have live tooling to minimise additional setups for secondary milling operations.
We are also able to offer turned part component manufacture in a vast range of exotic materials commonly used in various sectors such as oil, gas and aerospace.
